We perform a comprehensive credit check on all trade applications that apply for a credit account, from these checks we will determine the credit amount applied upon acceptance for an account with us.

Where we are unable to offer a credit account, a pro-forma account will be offered instead.

We do not accept applications from companies that are not directly involved in the floor and wall tile industry.

We are not like a cash and carry that accepts any business. If you're a business trying to get trade discount on a project but are not in a recognised associated trade, we're sorry but your application will not be accepted.
